If you picked liver you’re right!  The liver has many jobs.  It purifies toxins that get into our body.  It produces bile which helps absorb fats and it makes proteins used by our blood.

Getting toxins out of me,
This organ is the filter.
But, best I not over tax it,
Or my body will be out of kilter.
